ICN plenary sessions, Host plenaries, Keynotes and Interviews (livestreamed) are open to press.

ICN plenary sessions, Host plenaries, Keynotes and Interviews will also be livestreamed via the CMA’s YouTube channel.

Breakout sessions (in-person only) are open to press but are under Chatham House Rules (so neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed).

This allows participants in breakout sessions to participate fully and speak freely regardless of whether they speak on behalf of their agencies.

Agency only breakout sessions are closed to press. These are marked on the agenda.
