Frequently Asked Questions

All ICN member agencies will be asked to select their representatives to attend the event. Due to venue capacity, each agency will be limited to three attendees and two Non-Governmental Advisors (NGAs). The plenary sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference. Please note that the breakout sessions will not be recorded.

Attendance at the ICN Annual Conference 2025 is available by invitation only. Registration is available here. The password to access the page will be sent to delegates as part of the invitation. If you have not received your invitation or password, please contact icn2025@cma.gov.uk.

There will not be any interpreting services available during the conference. The conference will be held in English. Due to limited capacity, it will not be possible for attendees to bring their own interpreters.

Registered attendees can participate in the social activities. Please note that social activity preferences must be completed when registering for the conference and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Please inform the CMA Events Team as soon as possible on icn2025@cma.gov.uk. This will help us allocate the limited number of places as efficiently as possible. Please also let us know if you and/or the person accompanying you are unable to attend the social activities at short notice. Places cannot be transferred to another person without authorisation from the CMA Events Team.
